*Please share your consultant profiles at [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Location:* Iowa City, IA 52243 *Role:-* BA ( Business Analyst ) *Duration:-* 9+ Months *Work environment:* Team based and Agile model Term of Assignment *Job Description:* The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for accomplishing project and work-stream objectives by planning and identifying specific requirements on medium and large agile initiatives. Responsibilities include but not limited to: · Develop detailed business requirements, requirements scope, use cases, user stories and epics as needed · Work with the Product Owners and support the prioritization of work through Scrum work-streams · Facilitate meetings involving cross-functional teams across the life cycle from strategy and planning to implementation · Support Sprint Planning and Estimation of effort · Generate and maintain requirements traceability matrixes and the relationships to use cases · Produce communications and documentation that is clear and organized · Be an active contributing part of Scrum teams and serve as a liaison between users and software development teams · Map high level processes and elicit requirements from process improvement activities. · Acts as a resource for colleagues *Qualifications:* · Bachelor’s degree in a related area, preferably in business or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired · Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related work required · Experience with Process Improvement and LEAN approaches, including strong understanding of LEAN principles and how they apply to process improvement preferred · Minimum of 5 years of experience with agile methodologies in general and Scrum and SAFE in particular. · Ability to facilitate discussions and lead events with stakeholders at various levels across organization · Ability to translate business needs into requirements then into actions, including process modeling, creation of other visual models, business rule capture, user stories, use cases, functional requirements, and capturing user acceptance criteria · Demonstrated collaboration and relationship skills · Ability to prioritize work and manage ambiguity · Ability to communicate effectively with others across the organization including effectively translating business needs into technical solutions · Ability to build collaborative relationships by incorporating expectations of customers in delivering required results and share information about how technical trends may influence products, services, and customer needs · Proficient with MS Suites (Project Manager, Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT) and Jira · Experience in Identity and/or Access Management is a huge PLUS *Regards,* *Chintan Soni* IT Recruiter US/Canada/India/Germany Office: +1-630-948-7723 (US) Ext. 407 [email protected] *vegazva.com* <http://www.thegea.com/> *Vegazva Technologies Inc.* |* Elgin Plaza, 920 Davis Road, Suite 206* | *Elgin, IL 60123 *| *United States* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
