*For your review, Job Description is as follows:* *Position: Test Architect Location: Philadelphia , PA**Duration: Long Term* *Job Description :* Drive architecture of our overall approach to automated testing, from backend functional unit tests to integration, end-to-end, performance, API, UI, and other testing. Identify and incorporate the best testing frameworks, appropriate for each type of tests. Continuously improve our process for designing and building robust test automation. Hands on leadership through designing and building automated/manual tests and coaching others via reviewing tests build by the rest of the team. Own the automation process ensuring proper reuse. Work with software and support engineers to evaluate current performance and identify areas of improvement via automation. Gather and disseminate information collected from the automated testing to provide clear insight into product stability and make improvements to the test suite. *Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:* Design, develop, and maintain an innovative test automation framework. Develops complex automated tests for all functionality that meets specified automation criteria. Work closely with the software architects to develop a solid testing solution for Agile and continuous integration environments. Works collaboratively in a team-based Agile environment with other technical staff and business owners and subject matter experts. Assists in the training and mentoring of team members including testers and developers. Able to learn quickly and effectively apply new knowledge, demonstrating the desire to stay in touch with emerging technologies. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability and attention to details. Strong communication skills Understanding of the system architecture. Ability to work in a team environment. *Education:* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or similar discipline.
