Lead analysis and programming related to systems analysis, design, integration and maintenance to support Wellmarks business and Wellmark Technology applications. Build relationships with Wellmark leaders and act as consultant on business process improvements and technology enhancements or capabilities. *This will be working on our Enterprise Services team focusing on service oriented architecture. Candidate should have strong BizTalk experience* *Responsibilities:* • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience • 6+ years of experience in application development and/or technical business analysis. • Experience in programming languages including SQL, .NET/C#, BizTalk, and various programming techniques (structured and/or object-oriented), and computer operating systems (Windows, Unix, etc) • Demonstrated experience in system life cycle methodologies • Experience prioritizing and managing time with little direction • Previous experience troubleshooting and developing creative technical solutions • Knowledge of IT infrastructure *Job Accountabilities* • Implement innovative and cost-effective business solutions for multiple applications and systems, utilizing information technology, business and industry trends. • Analyze, develop, test, implement, document and maintain software and systems that meet Wellmark's evolving business needs. • Provide production support for complex research and root cause. • Support and adhere to Wellmark software development lifecycle (SDLC), operational procedures and development and security standards by following required process. • Coordinate with company resources to accomplish integration of products and processes and complex solutions. Provide timely and accurate results, and exceptional customer service. • Provide training and mentoring on how to use new or enhanced software or applications. • Mentor and train Wellmark Technology staff on developing and implementing solutions. • Participate in project proposals, estimates and proof-of-concept activities as needed. • Participate in industry/knowledge reference groups relative to position. • Report issues and status to leader. • Other duties as assigned.
