Requires understanding of Salesforce functionality and integration methods. Ability to guide and explain Salesforce functionality to the business. Should have experience in contract management. Meet with the business and technical team to gather and document Salesforce enhancement business requirements. Create BRD’s (Business Requirement Documents) and NFR’s (Non-Functional Requirements).
