ASAP *Job Role : RF design Engineer* *Job Location: (Lawrenceville) Atlanta and Indianapolis IN* *Job duration: 6+ Months* 1. 10+ years experience in RF design and development preferred. 2. Should be able to work at chipset level. Preferred: --> radio/wireless design. Specifically RF design and debug experience working with 802.11N and AC circuits in commercial products. --> All projects we have will include those and may also include other radios such as Zigbee, Zwave, Bluetooth, NFC, and/or custom radios – all in the same product – all that have to function correctly while co-existing. We need people that can “hit the ground running” jumping into issues immediately such as tracking down spurs, minimizing overall noise, knowing how to optimize layouts and when/where shielding is needed. Antenna design experience is also good. Knowing how to test and characterize individual antennas and knowing the steps to optimize placement of multiple antennas within a product. JD attached. RF Design Engineer with over 15+ years of extensive work in the New RF Product Development, executing many programs from new product marketing requirement research, to product proof-of-concept design including physical Industrial design (ID design) with both Hardware and Software embedded, to real product prototype(s) for sales & Marketing & Type Approval testing (for FCC, ETSI, R&TTE,…) and Field testing, then to Prepare production launch with Test Procedures & Test Fixtures (for both Sub-assemblies and Final system), and running ALT(s), the Accelerated-Life-Testing, to ensure no product failure at all levels – from design to component level, sub-assembly or final assembly level. Proficient in Linear and Harmonic balance simulation using ADS and Microwave Office to design and optimize all sub-circuits of a Transceiver (RF amp, mixer, filter, VCO, PLL, PA Expertise in Radio/wireless design specific to RF design and debug experience working with 802.11N and AC circuits in commercial products. Other radio technologies - Zigbee, Zwave, Bluetooth, NFC, and/or custom radios Layout optimization for RF and Wireless circuit / with / without co-existence.
