Minimum Java 1.7 experience – (1.8 preferred)
1+ year(s) of actual work experience in a high-stress/demand sweat shop
*Must have Spring Boot/Spring Cloud exp*
Unit and integration tests
TDD experience nice-to-have. Either way, I’ll be pairing with whoever it
is – so they’ll get practical on the job experience even if they have it
already
Must know how to right a Unit test – and explain what a unit test is
Must be able to explain why/when Integration tests
are implemented
Grasps of object oriented design principles
