Important skills:
Tech – demandware, java, e-commerce
Soft – ability to work w/ different groups
Interview process: phone, on-site
Must have:
• 7-10 years exp w/ Java development
• 2-4 yrs exp w/ demandware
• 3+ years of exp w/in eCommerce space
Day to Day:
Assist with migration of legacy platforms to demandware. Work with BA’s,
help in developing solutions, ensure they are following proper SDLC
protocols, deliver quality work to QA team to test.
