Secondary: · Hands-on development skills · Good communicator with ability to document designs and ideas clearly · Ability to approach problems creatively, abstractly, and with an open mind, to produce general, reusable solutions · Experience with both usage and creation of frameworks · Experience in creation of prototypes and proofs of concept (POCs) · Experience in modern web technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3) and Java/JavaScript frameworks · Experience in systems integration (e.g., SOAP web services, RESTful web services, JMS, etc.) · Must be effective in working collaboratively on designs, prototypes, etc. · Good understanding of "cross-cutting concerns" such as availability, security, performance · Ability to recognize and evaluate design trade-offs related to such cross-cutting concerns · Good understanding of object-oriented concepts Mandatory Skills 1.
