Our client is in the process of implementing Oracle RTD. This implementation will take two phases. The first is a 'pilot' phase (anticipated to last 10 to 12 weeks). In the pilot phase Oracle RTD is to be implemented in a limited manner to demonstrate its capabilities for supporting inbound marketing initiatives. It would be on one channel only and will offer only a limited set of products (+/-24) for the pilot initiative. Assuming a successful implementation, the second phase (anticipated to last 12 months minimally) would involve the eventual roll-out to a customer base in excess of 10 million, would involve as many as 100 products, and would be across multi-channel (e.g. web, call center, IVR).
