*Job Title : SOX Compliance AnalystLocation : Charlotte, NCDuration : 3+Months ContractSummary:* We need a Sox Compliance Analyst, that will be responsible for supporting our global IS governance and compliance programs. This includes maintaining an appropriate control environment and conducting periodic audits of systems and process, as well as supporting the efforts of both internal and external IS audit partners. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for working with management and other key stakeholders to remediate issues and implement reasonable controls that ensure an effective and sustainable compliance posture. *Responsibilities Include:* Maintains, recommends, and enforces key controls and processes that ensure compliance with regulatory (SOX, PCI, etc.), governance, risk, and policy-related requirements. 20% Leads, coordinates, and performs periodic audits of critical systems processes to assess the effectiveness of controls compliance against regulations or standards. 20% Works with key stakeholders to recommend, implement, and validate improvements that support the reasonable and efficient remediation of deficiencies. 20% Works closely with management, internal and external audit partners to coordinate and support annual audit and compliance objectives. 15% Facilitates and performs key control activities that ensure compliance with annual requirements. 15% Supports training and coordination of IS staff and key resources to support relevant compliance processes and procedures. 10% *Skills, Certification or Special Training Required:* CISA, CISSP or related certification preferred. Three to five years of related IT audit/compliance experience required. Experience with SAP ERP and related systems preferred. Experience with SOX, SOC1, SOC2, PCI, NIST, etc. required. Big four audit firm experience preferred. Ability to communicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulately for all levels and audiences. Ability to communicate well in written reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and a positive professional image. Ability to be flexible and able to function comfortably in a fast paced, constantly changing and ambiguous environment.
