This position will support the critical Unemployment Insurance UPLINK System and its surrounding applications include but not limited to Indiana Career Connect (ICC), Track One, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) interfaces, InTraining, Budget, Ask WorkOne, Last Known Employer, eWotc (hereafter referred to as “DWD applications”) *Job Responsibilities* · Designs, codes, test, debugs and documents new application software programs and/or make enhancements or modification to the existing DWD applications software · Prepares detailed functional specifications, design models, and system workflows from which software applications will be developed and implemented · Supports, troubleshoots, and maintains production DWD applications as required, optimizing performance, resolving problems, and providing timely follow-up on identified issues · Monitors and reports to management on status of project efforts, anticipating and identifying issues that could inhibit achieving the project goals and objectives, and implementing corrective actions and mitigation strategies · Prepare and evaluate test programs, data flow diagrams and entity relationship diagrams · Develops business relationships and integrates activities with other business departments ensuring successful implementation and support of key business initiatives · Participates in and facilitate the definition and development of technical solution concept, including vision, scope, and system architecture · Perform or assist in research and fact-finding to develop or modify DWD applications program; Includes working with vendors to review quality, adaptability and compatibility of the DWD applications (specifically Uplink, Track one and ICC) · Assist management in estimating the software development costs and schedule · Assist management in documentation including project plans, software program, and user manual · Assist, direct, train, monitor and coordinates the work of less experience application software developers and/or application system analyst and assist with development of difficult and highly complex programs · Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks or projects concurrently · Available for periodic on-call responsibilities on the DWD applications *Job Requirements* · Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent 4-year degree or better a must · 5 years of experience in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process which includes analysis, designing, developing, testing, implementing and documenting is required · Experience with some of the software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum preferred) · Strong experience in object oriented analysis and design (OOAD) technologies writing Use cases, sequence diagrams and class diagrams with UML tools like Visio, Rational Rose for business modeling · Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA). · Extensive experience in designing and development of applications using J2EE server side technologies including Servlets, JavaBean, EJB, JMS, JNDI, JDBC · Experience in designing and development of applications in client/server or web development using C#.NET a plus Looking forward to hearing from you at the earliest!!! *Regards* *Shankar* Professional Recruiter 33505 State Street, Suite # 200 Farmington, MI 48335 *V* (248)-522-6879 *F* (248)-579-4454 *Linkedin: **www.linkedin.com/in/shkrajan* <http://www.linkedin.com/in/shkrajan> *Email** : **[email protected]* <[email protected]> *Messanger**: [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Minority Certified and Woman Owned Enterprise* *TCI**- Technology Consultants inc* *Note:* *It is not a solicitation attempt!!!* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
