Position: SAP CRM Location: SANTA CLAR, CA Duration: 6+ months Client: Tech Mahindra Job Description & Skillset: Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills: - At least 6 to 8 years of SAP CRM Service consulting experience - Team member for at least ONE full life cycle SAP PM/CS or SD and ONE CRM Service Implementation - Support Lead for SAP CRM Service. Address and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner, providing hands on user support as needed - Heavy hands on experience with various CRM application areas such as: Installed Base, Service Contract/Service order Management/Warranty Management/Case management/Interaction Center & RPA /Field Application (Mobile)/ Analytics - Knowledge of ASAP methodology/SOLMAN & Exposure/knowledge to SAP's Best Practices - Interpersonal skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation/ leadership skills (oral and written) - Ability to work independently, guide clients, understand business processes and work cohesively with project / support team members. - Design, implement and configure minor to major functionalities in SAP CRM Service - Willingness to work both in production support and change requests / implementations as needed - CRM Middleware knowledge /exposure is added plus. - Work with CRM, Supply Chain and Finance data owners to fix data issues or to re assign responsibilities Expertise: - Hands on experience on latest releases: CRM 7.0 - Extensive previous CRM Service configuration experience - Previous implementation experience with semi conductor industries is a BIG PLUS - Prior Big 5 consulting experience - Certifications in SAP CRM Service *[email protected] <[email protected]>[email protected] <[email protected]>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
