Business Analyst III is responsible for assessing business operations and
processes to understand procedures, information flows/handoffs, and
decisions necessary to provide production support, project support and
scripting execution. The candidate works directly with internal customers
to understand the business or operational environment and needs.



*Key Functions: *

Provide support to applications and performs scripting execution to sustain
business/production needs.

Performs testing and stages data as needed in lower environments.

Performs system exception analysis, develop queries, or reports from
applications for operations and management staff.

*Script execution daily duties includes, but is not limited to: *

• Assigning scripts once business submits to Share Point

• Preparing input files from input data provided by business in script
submission

• Running the script, and monitoring for anomalies (both actual script
running and output files)

• Reviewing output files upon script completion

• Attaching output files to the respective original script submission form

• Closing Cruise script request

• Quality checks conducted between execution team members to ensure that
scripts are being run with correct business user’s credentials, and correct
data for the respective scripts

• Execution team investigation of all anomalies observed during script
execution, and engaging technical and business partners to ensure issues
are resolved in a timely manner



*Must have’s skills: *



Medium to Advanced level of proficiency with HP UFT, Excel, MS Access,
Visio, Power Point functions required. Script execution experience, Testing
skills, Strong technical and reporting skills, data-driven, and
results-oriented approach with attention to detail in supporting management
reporting.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives
simultaneously and to perform under pressure within tight deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate
with stakeholders.



*Preferred skills**: *



Mortgage industry knowledge, *SharePoint skills, MyServices* *Ticketing
system* experience, *Mortgage Servicing* or *Financial Service* Experience
preferable.

Expertise and a minimum 3+ years of experience with the development of
complex solutions using *Oracle*, *SQL*, *SAS* *programming (UNIX).*



*Applications/Systems/Tools Used: *



*Remedy, ClearQuest, Equator, HP UFT, ALM, CITRIX, CLM (TRAX/DARTS/SERFS),
SIR, MyServices, FTP, DOORS, SharePoint, Excel.*

Qualification   Rating



*Must Have:*



·         FNMA Company Default Category

·         5 years of related requirements/analysis experience *     5 Yrs.

·         Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Business or related field

·         Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)




·         Excellent knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)




·         FNM and Financial Industry experience desired

·         Knowledge of requirement tools, such as Rational Requisite Pro




·         Prior supervisory experience

·         Strong analytical skills
