*Seeking resource with 'ARM Scheduling' skills Utilities Scheduling tool
experience

The application technical support specialist will work in a team of 20-30
people handling issues reported in a Remedy incident reporting system.
Issues will be technical in nature and require independent root cause
analysis. Resolutions will be designed, developed and tested by the
specialist before being deployed to production.

In this role the ARM scheduler specialist will be client facing on a daily
basis. He/She should have good communication skills and be able to handle
complex discussions around ARM scheduling issues as well as other aspects of
the asset management application (Maximo)

The specialist will be focused on leading other ARM scheduler specialists in
resolving issues specific to that application. He/She will also be asked to
work on defects related to Java, Maximo, MSRS, Pasta or informatica if
skills apply or are developed. Responsibilities will include: root cause
analysis reviews, code review of peers and direct reports, code fixes,
defect resolution, production support

Must Have - good communication, utilities experience
Nice to Have - Java, .Net, C#, Informatica, Maximo, MSRS, PASTA, ARM
Scheduler/iScheduler or any scheduling app
