WebSphere application server–should have good product knowledge and hands on experience 2. Knowledge of Cluster setup and AD/LDAP integration to enable global security 3. Hands on experience of WebSphere 7,8.0,8.5 installation/Patching/Upgrade on window/Unix/AIX/Linux OS 4. SSL configuration and configuration between AppServer and WebServer 5. Hands on experience of Web Server (Apache/IHS) 6. Should be able to administer various components of WebSphere Application server. 7. Should be experienced in creating instances 8. should be able to deploy WAR/EAR files through toolkit and from command prompt 9. Should have, WebSphere Application server and webserver troubleshooting experience 10. Should have knowledge of WebSphere Application server migration and upgrade 11. Should have knowledge of hands on of troubleshooting 12. Should have hands on experience of shell scripting and automation 13. Root cause analysis 14. Experience in leading a technical team 15. Customer follow-up etc 16. Should know automation 17. Should know Scripting 18. Should have knowledge of custom application 19. Should have good knowledge of Windows, Linux, AIX, Solaris OS *Additional* 1. Should be familiar with the usage of toolkit for Administration Perspective. 2. Should know how to work with traces 3. How to start, stop and format them as needed. 4. SSL implementation 5. Should be familiar with Java web and enterprise application 6. Performance and integration testing *Soft Skills* This individual should possess strong English communication skills and be able to work with other individuals regardless of their area of technical expertise.
