Defines and performs varied systems tests to measure the quality of applications utilized by the assigned area of business. *EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE* Bachelor's degree in a computer science, business or finance related field or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum of *six years of experience as a Software Quality Analyst I or four years as a Software Analyst II or equivalent experience in an applications development environment. *Minimum of four years of working *experience with HP UFT/QTP.* Minimum of four years of working *experience with HP ALM/QC.* One year of experience in the *mortgage/banking or financial related field.* *KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES* Working knowledge of network and PC operating systems, and core applications. Ability to understand the automation framework with limited supervision and should be able to contribute towards enhancing the framework. Ability to design user defined functions and create function libraries. Ability to perform automation using descriptive programming (no record and playback). Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project, Visio Flowcharting. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Detail oriented. Works well with others. Meets deadlines.
