*client is planning significant changes within Customer Care and within the
Call Center technologies over 2010 and 2011, with planning initiating in
2009.
Develop the Call Center reference architectures, standards, Roadmap, and
requirements to support Customer Care business needs
• Develop the Call Center Roadmap, including capability assessment, gap
analysis, technology assessment and To-Be solution architecture
• Work within ISTS and the BDG to align Customer solutions that integrate
with the Call Center architecture
• Work within ISTS to align the physical architecture (data center,
software, hardware, and network) with the business requirements
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise call center architectures

• Experience designing integrated call center solutions
• Knowledge of Customer Care business processes
• Deep knowledge of call center architecture components
• Familiar with call center best practices and current client call center
policies and procedures
