*Job Overview:*





*Duties*:  To serve as a senior developer on  implementation of
PeopleSoft’s Time and Labor/Absence Management (TLAM) modules; specifically
focusing on a manager dashboard with Calendar view. Development,testing &
configuration are required of this role and for the successful
implementation of the TLAM modules and associated integrations. .

 Time and Labor/Absence Management Unified Manager Dashboard

·         Work with the functional, technical and business team members to
create a functional design for completing a unified TLAM dashboard

·         Conduct research on the best way to meet the requirements within
the system (Pivot grids, App engine programs, etc.)

·         Provide the best practice solution to visually depict key
requirements in one unified platform

·         Create proof of concept designs and review to gain understanding
and alignment

·         Create technical design based on the desired approach

·         Conduct data validation review to ensure the right data elements
are rendering properly



CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Works closely with the functional team to program, document,
test, and implement new enhancements and modify programs and interfaces as
needed.

·         Conducts impact analysis, application development and unit
testing to ensure the quality of the incumbent PeopleSoft Human Capital
Management application's current design and development standards.

·         Works closely with the project managers, functional team members
and system administration teams to design, develop, test and implement
project related changes.

·         Works in a technical capacity with a good understanding of HR,
Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management business processes,
functionalities, relational databases and PeopleSoft table structure.

·         Update documentation and modify impacted processes for database
platforms as necessary.

·         Complete new process code development; custom enhancements to
existing code, and application patches/fixes/upgrades.  Data and/or process
analysis; code documentation; performance tuning; enhancements are also
required.

·         Creates and review technical designs; unit testing;
bundling/un-bundling of code using PeopleTools and Oracle.

·         Writes SQR/App Engine Programs.

·         Creates PTF (PeopleSoft Test Framework) Scripts.

·         Collaborate with the business team to provide technical
recommendations and solutions to address their requirements

·         All other duties as assigned.





MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:



·         Minimum 8+ years’ PeopleSoft Techno-Functional experience with
PeopleSoft HCM modules.

·         Must have developed SQR and Application Engine Programs

·         Must have expert level skills in PeopleCode programming

·



ADDITIONAL POSITION-SPECIFIC MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:



·         Relevant work experience with PeopleSoft 9.x (v. 9.2 is plus)
development experience

·         Experience for implementing HCM Modules, Payroll, Time and Labor,
Benefits Administration and Absence Management on Version 9.X

·         Participated in a full lifecycle PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM
Implementation and Upgrade projects

·         Excellent knowledge of PeopleSoft HR Database model

·         Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven
environment

·         Must be proficient of PeopleSoft security, Tree Manager

·         Demonstrated excellence in a variety of competencies including
teamwork/collaboration, analytical thinking, communication and influencing
skills, and technical expertise

·         Ability to work with minimal supervision

·         Hands on Experience in using STAT change management tool

·         Must be able to create functional design and requirements
documents

·         Should have extensive functional testing experience on PS HRMS
domain

·         Should have good working experience with business user

·         Strong Interpersonal and communication skills





PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



·         Experience working with PeopleSoft Time and Labor and/or Absence
Management modules

·         4 years’ experience participating in full lifecycle PeopleSoft
implementations with recent experience (prior 2 years) using PeopleSoft HR

·         Experience working in version PeopleSoft 9.2 is a plus
