*Network Support Specialist * Duration: 3- 6 Months contract Location: Providence, RI *Minimum Certifications: * *CCNA (required)* *Job Responsibilities:* This position is within Infrastructure Solutions, managing and implementing computer network systems. These applications will primarily be focused on Cisco and Aruba and will include integration with Active Directory platforms and other IT based systems. Provide technical support for customer and/or internal networks. Analyze network performance and make recommendations for improvements. Provide technical support for computer Networks, including root cause analysis and permanent resolutions. Plan and implement maintenance, modifications and enhancements to network solution. Establish documentation standards and practices for network. Coordinate changes with affected departments and customers. Manage vendor performance through routine measurements and reviews. Maintain a high level of expertise on current and emerging technologies in the converged communications space. Maintain a high level of expertise on current and emerging technologies in the converged communications space. Ability to troubleshoot complex IP telephony and contact center problems with little or no supervision.
