*Role: Program Manager - P&C Insurance* *Location: Boston, MA* *Open to travel* *Job Type: CONTRACT TO HIRE* *Job description:* *Description of Position:* Client is looking to hire a dynamic individual with 15+ years of experience in insurance domain. This individual will be part of the core solutions implementation stream that works with new and existing customers to address their business needs. This individual will get engaged in large scale engagements from the beginning and will constantly work with customer and delivery team to ensure success. This individual will also work very closely with the sales team to continue to support their effort in identifying and pursuing of additional business opportunities with the customer(s). · Program Management experience. · Based on the core objectives of the overall Solutions and Services agreement, develop a comprehensive project plan encompassing all initiatives, defining objectives, deliverables, timelines and budgets. · Work with external and internal stake holders to establish project matrix that maps on to overall engagement commitments · Closely work with delivery team to help them guide through project and execution plans. · Will be responsible for managing multiple projects at any given time · Will work closely with client partner and constantly update management team on the status of the progress *Desired Skills and Experience* · *Minimum of 15 years of experience on managing complex programs within P&C insurance vertical preferably in commercial lines* · *Experience in system integration* · Has extensive experience of project management before going to program management. · *Experience specifically with implementing insurance product suites.* · *Minimum three reference able and successful implementations of large scale implementations* · Must be able to leverage industry best practices as applicable to initiatives and enhance brand within customer domain · Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn Best Regards, *Fredric Miller | Sr. Recruiter*Pull Skill Technologies, Inc.
