Call flow design
Strong fundamental in IVR
Java
XML - XPath, XSLT, XQuery, XSD.
WebServices - IBM MQ Broker, MQ, ESB, Open Source WebServices
Custom Business Process tool- built on Tomcat, AXIS, ActiveMQ
JMS
Lot of documentation. 2 month release depending on project
plan.
*Team Dynamics:*
Dynamic team. Person will do design, development, analysis.

Primary Skills:
IVR - Interactive Voice Response

IVR - Java Developer/Designer
At least 2 years doing development/architect/designing work on IVR
applications with Avaya
Java + XML = 6-8 years
Working with IVR previously for a telecom company is a huge plus
Experience with Avaya Voice Portal 4.x
Experience with Avaya IQ tool
