Position: IOC Operations Network Engineer L2 Duration: 6 months (with a possible extension) Location: Columbus, OH (Need Locals) Interview: F2F Position Description: Huntington’s IOC IT Operations Engineer 2 is responsible for the overall health of the company’s network and server infrastructure. Analysts must be focused on providing the highest levels of service from technology to Huntington’s colleagues and customers. Engineer 2 colleagues must be well organized and must execute IOC’s business plan ensuring team and department goals are achieved month-over-month. Successful engineer will drive resolution through event correlation and management in a timely manner, with the least amount of impact to colleagues and customers. Experience or certifications in networking technologies is a must. Roles & Responsibilities: The qualified candidate will be very technically based. They will be monitoring our Network systems for events and they will proactively resolve events within the environment. Other Minimum Requirements Required Skills: • ServiceNow is the ticketing system in the environment.
