Should have experience in implementing applications such as Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, Analytics, etc.... for either Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Carriers, MGAs, or 3rd Party Administrators, Software Vendors Responsibilities Participate and lead requirement gathering sessions with clients Produce Functional Design and Requirements Specification documents on domains of expertise e.g. New Business, Claims, etc. Implement, in means of configuration, relevant aspects of the client’s requirements Write / Review test plans Perform expert testing and defect management following development/configuration Conduct training sessions on the system and its configured product set Production support including UAT testing, defect analysis and Change Requests management Preform gap analysis Requirements 7+ years of experience conducting business analysis Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance background. Policy administration knowledge and implementation experience in the insurance industry, specifically P&C solutions) Requirement gathering and documentation experience Ability to transform Business requirements to technical requirements Experience with configurable enterprise systems Client facing experience Strong communication skills – ability to clearly articulate requirements Experience with JAD Sessions, SDLC- System Design Life Cycle, Gap analysis Strong hands on approach, analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work in a multicultural environment with geographically dispersed teams.
