Duration is a renewable 6 month contract engagement extended every 6 months.

- Assisting in the build out of new Corporate Actions system using
Agile development methodology
- Write requirements
- Design input
- Testing
- Documentation
- Training
- Problem solving.
Looking for an individual with direct Corporate Actions Experience and
strong SWIFT experience. The role will be a split between BA and SA work.

include any processes you performed and any Corporate Actions-related
systems you worked on
· Please detail your experience with SWIFT messaging and include
specific work done regarding SWIFTs, which messages, and any other relevant

Summary: ActionsXchange is looking to build out our Corporate Actions
Workflow solution to include the calculation of
Corporate Actions entitlements and the automated reconciliation of
custodian payments. I am looking for Business Analysts
with direct Corporate Actions knowledge to assist with this project.
· Strong Corporate Actions knowledge
· Direct Corporate Actions experience with an asset manager or
custodian
· Experience in the full life cycle of Corporate Actions (Sourcing,
PM Notification and Response, Custodian Instructions, Entitlement
Calculation and Processing, Payment Reconciliation)
· Accounting system processing knowledge or Fund Accounting
experience
· Business Analysts experience
· Ability to pull requirements from clients and subject matter
experts and write business requirements
· Ability to coordinate and liaise all work between Technology,
Systems Analysts, Quality Assurance, Business, and Program Managers
· Agile project management experience a plus
