presents in PowerPoint. Typically more experienced than Project
Coordinator.

• Fully qualified technical professional in all aspects of the role.
• Complete understanding and wide application of technical principle,
theories, and concepts in the field.
• Contributes to the completion of specific programs and projects.
• Provides technical solutions to a wide range of technical problems.
• Works under general direction and independently determines/develops
approach to solutions.

OPSUPRT Operation Support
This position will focus on Operational process improvement implementations
– managing and implementing change.
Briefly - looking for Capital One experience with the Solutions Delivery
and budget tracking process (that’s what I meant by preferred).
Operations (Mortgage if possible), process improvement experience would be
very beneficial. I am not interested in reporting or analytical expertise.
Clarity Project Management tool/software - experience highly desired
Integration management/tracking. Ideally looking for experience with the
Clarity tool, and more recent Cap One PM experience. The consultant will be
managing 3 or 4 medium size projects around process improvement.
