Ability to apply unit test frameworks. Analyze complex field issues and provide solutions. - Agile Development: Understand and practice developer functions in an agile development cycle using Scrum process. Conduct early project scoping and collaborate with cross-functional teams to arrive at effort estimates & impact of scope. - Best Practices: Pilot and lead industry best practices in software development - Collaborate with testing team to practice test driven development. Practice Continuous integration and continuous development. - Lead software development of significant modules independently, provide mentoring to junior team members. - You will be part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment, which requires an energetic self-starter with creative approaches to solving complex problems.
