A client of ours in Portland, OR is currently looking for a Biztalk Engineer. This opportunity was open a few weeks back and they had thought they had selected a candidate but it didn't work out so they are looking again. The position is a 12-14 month contract opportunity. The client prefers local candidates but will accept submittals if they are able to *interview on-site and relocate on their own*. *Please DO NOT send candidates that cannot come out for a face to face interview. *Rate: $45/hr *Length: 12-14 months *Communication skills must be 9/10 *SOA/ Biztalk Engineer * · Should be a guru in services-oriented architecture and Biztalk, someone who has done it before multiple times. This includes actual design experience within SOA. 5+ years of experience. · Experience leading/participating in the design of message/event based systems · Familiarity with major Web Service ESB products · C# and .NET 3.5 or higher · Highly fluent in multiple Web Service standards and technologies including: WCF, XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSLT, UDDI · Strong understanding of security best practices in a SOA environment is also required · Preferred skills include: HL7, EDI, LINQ, MSMQ, Rules-based design/development Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
