*This position will provide organizational change readiness subject matter
expertise and execution to Medtronic's Client Services in support of
corporate information technology initiatives.

*The successful candidate will possess a breadth of experience in Change
Management, Communication Planning, Instructional Design, and Process
Improvement.

*Under general direction, leads and participates in the analysis, planning,
development, implementation, and evaluation of re-usable organizational
readiness tools and materials.

*These materials will be applied to departmental rollout of enterprise
search tool and its accompanying document management culture changes.

*Subsequently, the tools will be adapted to apply metadata best practices to
the broader organization.

*Performs at a very high technical/functional level in all phases of
organizational readiness deployment.

*Responsible for operating as part of IT program team to coordinate and plan
continued expansion of Enterprise Search scope and coverage within connected
business areas and IT Partner systems. *Develop Organizational Readiness
Plan template, aligned with the phases of the ADKAR methodology; lead the
organizational readiness plan execution.

*Create a set of optional activities/draft deliverables for each phase of
the ADKAR methodology, and work with implementation team and the client to
match the most beneficial items to apply to achieve the desired outcome for
the target organization.

*Provide input to training strategy related to enterprise search program,
and design input to implementation of that strategy.



-- Drive organizational needs assessments, diagnose, and deliver
organizational development strategies.

-- Provide Client Services with an organizational readiness methodology and
strategy for Information Technology projects.

-- Build organizational readiness assessments, identify tools to manage the
assessments, and conduct organizational readiness for projects.

-- Anticipate needs and culture, identify areas of resistance and risk, and
take an active role in culture development, integration and alignment.

-- Educate key stakeholders on change-related activities and their
responsibilities as a change agent.

-- Ensure process improvement changes are integrated with on-going business
initiatives and changes.

-- Design and conducted qualitative and quantitative change management
assessment of organizational readiness to implement change.

-- Design and develop change management, communication, and instructional
design plans.

-- Develop and implement a change management plan to maintain leadership and
employee engagement.

-- Developed and implemented change management activities, including weekly
project communications, end user surveys, and user adoption metrics.

-- Plan and develop communications to obtain awareness, understanding,
buy-in, and support for business change, working with business leaders and
subject matter experts.

-- Conduct training needs assessments and design and develop learning
solutions an instructor training process to enable client resources to
successfully deliver training.

-- Plans, organizes and controls work effort, provide input to project
standards, provides status of progress, tasks completed and outstanding
issues, and produces services/products of the best quality in an efficient
manner.
