Title: MS-Access to Oracle export / DBA

Description:
The selected candidate will work with the business units to modify
existing system to routinely export existing MS Access data into an enterprise
Oracle database system. In addition the candidate will work with the client to
maintain compliance with all development requirements.
Responsibilities include:
. Analysis of existing departmental MS Access database systems
. Design and development of solutions integral to the process described
. Implementation of a final product.
Required Skills:
. Minimum (7) seven years of experience in the design, development and
documentation of MS Access-based applications.
. Extensive experience exporting data to flat files for submission to an
enterprise Oracle database.
. Experience with advanced configuration of Access.
. Experience with database design, implementation and documentation.
. Ability to work independently to achieve outcomes in an expedient and
professional manner.
. Flexibility and positive attitude.
. Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal skills.
. Solid background in the programming, design and development of MS
Access database systems.
. Familiar with all aspects of MS Access development including Forms,
Visual Basic for Applications, ActiveX Data Objects, MS Access SQL and Query
design, and advanced methods for exporting data in CSV and Text formats.
