Sr. SharePoint Developer Location: Sacramento, CA Duration: 1 Year + Required Local consultant for the position a) Required minimum qualifications include: (1) At least two years of experience administering content management systems for a large organization. (2) At least two years of experience administering SharePoint Team Services and Portal Server 2003. (3) At least two years experience administering Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007. (4) At least two years administering secure web servers and sites (5) Ability to speak and write fluently in English for purposes of knowledge transfer. b) Desired Skills/Experience: The following qualifications are desirable for this position. They will be used in the evaluation of candidate's qualifications. (1) Web Management Solutions. i. At least two years project in a role that developed the logical and physical architecture associated with the deployment of a content management system for a large organization. ii. At least two years experience administering Microsoft Site Server 3.0 (full product). iii. At least two year of experience administering Content Management Server. iv. At least two years experience administering WebTrends reporting product. v. At least two years of experience administering a search product. (2) Internet Information Server (IIS) and .NET services and component experience: i. Developing system level and application level design standards to ensure data security and to optimize performance. ii. Configuring server, group, and service account security including customization of security policies and configurations where strict security policies must be enforced and maintained. iii. Establishing performance baselines and tuning server, site and application performance. iv. Identifying and evaluating implications of proposed infrastructure and application changes that may impact web server, site and application performance or security. v. Administering IIS 5.0/6.0 and .NET Framework configuration using local and remote methods. vi. Managing web site and application servers using network load balancing understanding the configuration necessary to preserve session state. vii. Performing IIS metabase backup, recovery, auditing, editing, and security operations. viii. Managing application pools using dedicated and shared server hosting configurations. ix. Managing and evaluating IIS log files and system level events for security, performance, and utilization purposes. x. Troubleshooting authentication, authorization, and performance issues using various IIS tools to isolate problems using diagnostic, tracing, monitoring, and debugging tools. xi. Managing and administering secure socket layer certificates and installations. xii. Experience administering secure file and data transfer between multiple systems using commercial file transfer products. (3) Other experience: i. At least two years experience supporting n-tier applications including both custom and commercial applications on the Microsoft platform. ii. At least one year administering knowledge management, document management or records management systems. iii. Experience with scripting, markup and programming languages including Javascript, HTML, and ASP.NET. iv. Experience administering SQL Server 2000/2005; Active Directory; DNS, DHCP, WINS. v. Knowledge of WatchFire Quality and Accessibility architecture, configuration and maintenance (4) Strong written and communication skills.
