Use TIBCO to develop integration between Salesforce.com and existing applications. Responsible for creating inbound/outbound integration between Salesforce.com and existing Java based applications. Ensure tasks conform to specifications and meet project timelines and budget. Use technical knowledge to mentor and coach teammates.* * * *Essential Functions:* *· Create Java Remote Delegate Services for existing Java based Sales applications* *· Create Web Services in TIBCO AMXBW to invoke Java Remote Delegate Services* *· Create Adapters in TIBCO to interface with DB2 tables* *· Create Publishers using JMS/RV* *· Develop TIBCO AMX BW Processes that will subscribe to JMS/RV message and orchestrate services* *· Develop BW Processes that will keep Con-way Sales data and Salesforce data in sync* *· Perform complex technical troubleshooting and development with an understanding of database, network and system performance configuration and tuning techniques.* *Qualifications* * * *Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* *· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent in training and experience is required.* *· 7+ years of in-depth experience in software development, B2B/A2A integration with a minimum of 5 years of recent hands on software development with TIBCO platform products.* *· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in dynamic environment.* *· Must participate in a team environment.* *· Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.* *· Solid experience with TIBCO middleware technologies Active Matrix Policy Manager, Performance Manager, Service Bus and Service Grid, Designer, BusinessWorks, EMS, ADB* *· Experience with XML concepts, frameworks, and standards.* *· Strong working knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and enterprise application integration.* *· In-depth experience with TIBCO Architecture and infrastructure* *· Demonstrated experience with J2EE, and Java development* *· Extensive knowledge and expertise in Web services - SOAP, HTTP, XML, WSDL, XSD* *· Should possess thorough understanding and experience of Middleware concepts, and should have thorough understanding and experience in designing and building Web Services.* *· Experience with TIBCO Salesforce BW-Plugin is a plus.* *· Experience with Websphere application server is a plus* *· Experience working in Agile project environment.is a plus* *· Experience with IBM RAD IDE is a plus.* *· Strong knowledge of IT software development life cycle methodologies and processes.* *· Ability to work independently with all levels of management (internal and external).* *· An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered*** Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
