*Greetings,* *Hope you are doing Well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!* *Please forward a profiles to **[email protected]* <[email protected]> *Here are the requirement details* -- - *Scrum Master** (Minnesota) *C2C 70* Job Description; - Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams within a Release Train/Value Stream - Establish team level cadence and drive team level ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, team retrospectives, backlog grooming, etc.) in alignment with Program level cadences established - Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to the team to encourage adoption of good agile practices - Be a change agent and foster a learn by doing environment - Ensure cross-team coordination and collaboration - Remove impediments for the team(s) and escalate as appropriate - Take responsibility for managing the scrum teams dependencies between the program team and third parties, release managers, or other scrum teams. - Work cross functionally to align strategy, methodology and execution - Work with the Agile Program Lead(APL)/Release Train Engineer to drive the definition and refinement of the program and team backlogs, assist with PI planning activities and other program needs as necessary - Build and Maintain metrics that provide visibility to stakeholders on team-level progress and quality - Actively contribute to the company’s Agile and Lean Community through participation in the internal Agile Community of Practice and Scrum Master Forums. - Provide real time feedback to the methodology team based on experiences with software delivery teams Qualifications To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the qualifications listed in this posting.
