Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least six years or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Will also provide data analysis, models and reporting writing to APD, DD and OAAPI programs. It is imperative that this resource has expert level skills and experience, enabling them to be immediately effective in this role. This person must have advanced experience in data analysis, data modeling and report writing using standard industry software including, but not limited to Business Objects XI, Crystal Reports, Excel Power Tools, Microsoft SQL Service Reporting Services and extraction to SQL.
