This support role will work closely with the Salesforce release management support and the ALM tool which is eFTS Visual Studio On-line By Microsoft/Team Foundation Server. Generate and maintain metrics and dashboard reporting Generate and maintain the Salesforce "CoE Demand Intake Tool" tracking of project calls/needs Manage and service SOM agencies in the demand intake process Required Skills Salesforce admin certification Required5Years Knowledge of Ant scripts Desired3Years Knowledge of build automation tools (example eTFS, Jenkins etc.) Desired3Years Knowledge of salesforce projects and how they operates, iterate and release Required5Years Experience with Salesforce orgs, environments (sandboxes) and 3rd party app exchange partners (common ones) Required5Years Writing deployment of Salesforce configuration changes.
