*Job Description** :*
• Architect, design, deliver and maintain core frameworks and
mechanisms for use in developing n-tiered, enterprise applications in a
service-oriented architecture (SOA) environment. Perform detailed design
and implementation of re-usable components while providing
technical expertise and mentoring to Development teams.
*Major Duties:*
· Lead architecture and design teams.
· 10 years of Java EE experience Maintain and support new and
existing libraries and core services in the Enterprise Services Platform
(ESP).
· Develop prototype and architecture for new concepts and
technology that would eventually be used by the Development teams.
· Provide support and mentoring to both senior- and
junior-level developers distributed amongst the Development teams.
· Assist Operations team in optimizing and stabilizing the
platform through identifying and tuning performance bottlenecks.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
· Full life-cycle development in an enterprise development
environment.
· Exposure to Agile methodology a plus.
· Good communication.
· Need to lead a team of both onsite and offshore resources
· Communication with client about technical requirements and
then take the same to team and work with them.
· Development against relational database preferably using
Oracle
· In-depth knowledge of code build/maintenance solution
preferably Maven or Ant
· Ability to create cost-estimates and software/system
development Business Cases
*Skills and Experience:*
· 5+ years of software architecture experience
· 10+ years of software development experience
· 7 years of experience in building large scale and highly
distributed systems.
· 7 years of onsite customer facing consulting skills.
· 5+ years’ experience developing SOA Applications, Restful
Web Services, springboot, JavaScript required.
· 4+ years’ experience coding Java/J2EE
· 2+ years’ experience integrating distributed Applications
including .NET, J2EE, and Client/Server Applications.
· 2+ years’ experience in Architecture Analysis/Design, as
well as demonstrated ability to solve end customers problems.
· Web Service [REST/ SOAP] using Spring
· JUnit/ Mockito/ GIT/ Spring Security
· Need to provide technical documentation for technology
stack being used.
· Experience in a Telecom/Cable/Satellite domain is highly
desired.
· Should have excellent communication, negotiation, decision
making, and problem solving skills.
· Must be a team player.
· Must have “can do” /”will do” attitude.
