We have an immediate need for a Sr. Peoplesoft Analyst for a year long
project in Portland, Or.

Responsibilities of the Strategic Technologies Software Engineer - Advanced
include:

*Leadership and Supervision:* Keeps abreast of hardware and software
developments including theory and technique and uses this knowledge to
initiate enhancements within the organization. Supervises and develops
product evaluations and testing plans. Demonstrates leadership in time
critical or complex technical problem resolution. Responsible for
coordination of technical staffing resources for all software installation
and maintenance.

*Participation on New Product Selection Team:* Participates in the
evaluation of new products or modifications that will enhance operations and
development activities. Assists with the definition of product evaluation
scorecard and new product testing plans. Gathering, Analyzing and
Identifying: Identifies tasks, work effort estimates, and work schedules and
provides this input to project manager. Responsible for managing
requirements, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise
application integration across multi-vendor platforms. Validates
applications ability to meet business, performance, integration, and
scalability requirements for each project. Generating and Providing
*Recommendations:
*Provides in-depth consulting to management and staff at the highest level
in the identification and resolution of major problems. Provides guidance to
Intermediate and associate level staff. Generates business cases for the
deployment of technical solutions including cost/benefit analysis. Generates
alternatives, evaluates options and provides recommendations. Creation
and *Distribution:
*Creates and distributes software requirements and software testing plan.
Develops, distributes and enforces System Development Lifecycle, programming
standards and change management. Design and Development: Designs data schema
and meta-data attributes of various databases and data architectures.
Defines the logic, performs the coding, tests and debugs system components.
Develops specifications based on requirements and performs software
development to meet functionality of final requirements. Develops
troubleshooting policies, methodologies, and standards.

*Project Team Participation:* Expertly estimates project requirements
internally and externally (internal staffing, client and vendor resources,
etc.). Anticipates and develops preventive action plans for interface issues
or other cross-system problems. May serve as a technical/ professional
mentor to team members. Works with clients and vendors, if necessary, to
achieve timely solutions.

*Requirements:* Minimum Requirements: B.S. degree in Computer Science,
Business Administration or other related field, plus 6 or more years
experience as a systems programmer. Significant and relevant technical
experience meeting the job description may be substituted for degree
requirements.

*Must Requirements:* 6 or more years related experience as software
engineer. Web software development tools experience in areas such as Java,
J2EE, .NET, XML Web Services.

*Prefer Requirements:* Technical certifications preferred and/or required,
where applicable. Preferred knowledge of healthcare, particularly for
supported infrastructure area. Experience working with SOA requirements and
PeopleSoft applications. Experience working in a very large environment and
can work well under pressure.

*Additional Information: ** *     Support KMI application, Assist with
Offshore support set up, migrate from DB2 database to Oracle database
Must have 10 years PeopleSoft
Must have 1 year KMI
Nice to have 5 years Production Support
Nice to have 2 years Database Migration
