*Knowledge / Experience Required:* • Call Center design and support, including experience with call monitoring systems (ie NICE), Avaya's Call Management System, Expert Agent Selection, vector call routing, ACD, interactive voice response units, and troubleshooting. • Programming experience with Avaya PBX (G3si, S8700 & S8300), Avaya Gateways (G700, G350, G450), Avaya Communications Manager (2.x - 5.x), Avaya Modular Messaging voicemail system, and Message Networking. •In depth knowledge of trunking, VoIP, IP phones, and Automatic Route selection. •Experience with ordering and activating both domestic and international voice circuits and equipment. •Emphasis on call center experience. •Ability to follow documented processes and procedures with minimal supervision. •An understanding of project management principles is preferred. •Project management experience will provide additional consideration. •Any help desk or customer contact skills will also provide additional consideration.
