Job Description
Client is seeking a resource to assist in the implementation of Resource
Capacity Planning utilizing the MS Project Server tool. This resource will work
closely with the Project Management Office to setup the processes and
procedures and MS Project to enable resource capacity planning in IT
organization for projects and operations and maintenance work.
Expected Skills: Able to work without assistance; can provide leadership to
others; able to manage highly complex work efforts; may have advanced
education; may have extensive industry experience.
Description (including, but not limited to):
· Guidance and leadership in the usage and support of a collection of
development platforms, technical architectures, or business applications and
products that run on those platforms, beyond that of a Developer / Programmer
· Understanding and knowledge of application development and
architecture that serves as a strong base for technical expertise in a specific
product or program
· Analysis, visual design, development, data analysis, testing and
implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions,
maintenance (including production support), etc.
Skills Needed
Expertise in MS Project Server with emphasis on resource capacity functions
Required 7 Years
Proven experience in resource planning and tracking as well as change
management process and governance Required 5 Years
Experience in business process engineering Required 7 Years
Expertise in MS Project report development and MS BI tool Required
5 Years
Working knowledge of project development life cycle and system development life
cycle Required 5 Years
Strong analytic and conceptual skills Required 5 Years
Experience with MS suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) Required
5 Years
