Experience in several full life cycle Oracle ERP implementations and have an understanding of all aspects of an implementation projects including, but not limited to, planning, analysis and design, configuration, development, conversions, system testing, cutover and production support . 3 years of experience with multiple implementations of FAH/SLA is a significant plus . Finance or accounting background - either a degree or some functional experience . Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Financials and integration with other systems that feed the GL . Extensive experience gathering, documenting and validating requirements . Significant knowledge and experience at designing solutions for finance and accounting within Oracle or another major ERP system . Experience working with technical teams both onshore and offshore to communicate requirements . Excellent leadership, written communication, oral communication and interpersonal skills . Proven track record of leading teams to success (on time, on budget and with desired results) . Job Responsibilities . Project management of the initial project to take the company from proof of concept to full implementation . Build the team that will be needed to implement Oracle Financials . Business analysis, including requirements gathering, facilitation of requirements gathering sessions, documentation of requirements and development of functional design documents . Partnering with the key stakeholders and executives in Finance to assure the success of the project throughout its lifecycle . Provide knowledge and expertise regarding Oracle financials . Provide guidance on the best way to implement FAH/SLA . Work with the technical team to make sure requirements are communicated correctly, understood and implemented as designed . Oversee quality .
