Duration: 6+ months Rate: Open Job Description The SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for establishing the out-of box SharePoint environment to include: installation, maintenance, deploying solutions, troubleshooting the environment, using best practices for availability and reliability, performance monitoring, and security of the portal. Duties and Responsibilities · Deploying and managing web applications, site collections and custom solutions. · Managing configuration settings to include user accounts, authentication and other security related operations · Participate in the planning and execution of new SharePoint based projects, including interfaces with other DMS business systems · Analyze business and system needs and suggest solutions that leverage SharePoint out-of-the-box functionality · Identifying risks and making recommendations for best practices · Providing technical support of InfoPath forms and SharePoint workflows · Assisting in standardization and optimization of data storage and retrieval · Posting new content and modifying existing content to DMS-supported SharePoint sites Qualifications · •Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience · Two to three years’ experience working in a SharePoint environment in an administrative capacity.
