Plus Skills: - Any .NET experience. - Experience working from "business requirement documents" (some are 100 pages long, written by their BA team). - Conversion experience (they are extracting data from a MF system and converting this to Oracle, also they are extracting data from Oracle to a flat file in order to comply and send to government agencies, finally they are also encrypting and changing the code on some data, all is Oracle PL/SQL related).
