The logistics BA is already in place, so we are looking for someone that can dig into the backend, monitor servers, troubleshoot bridge errors, configure end points, work with Manhattan CSO on patches, etc. This position works closely with the business users to resolve their daily application issues. Application support analyst troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software, environmental, configuration and setup errors. Creates work around procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion. Candidate is a member of the technical IT staff and is a member of team maintaining WMS software product from Manhattan Associates. The individual in this role is capable of dealing with very complex software coding, configuration and maintenance issues in order to achieve a negotiated level of service for the business.
