*The most important things are experience with "proof of concept projects"
and Oracle DBA experience.*
Please make sure they have some Oracle DBA experience, *NOT* Oracle
Development experience. That was my fault before.

Emails alerts.
Algorithms need to be written to scrub data. Read files, parse
elements and store in DB.
Needs someone to help pick technical stack?
