Lead software engineer on team has been reviewing resumes and has said candidates have really strong Expression Blend and WPF and show on paper. They are not using Silverlight which some of them show instead. Send more candidates regardless if local or not. thanks for your help Need help on an opening for 3M. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years Expression Blend experience and strong WCF/WPF experience. I am targeting candidates up to 60, if you have anyone close to 60..let me know. Communication is a huge factor, need to shine. This is a 6 month project to start. We have had one candidate not work out, so please only submit candidates willing to relocate and do not have any time off needed.
