Experience and the ability to obtain, understand, and write business, user and functional requirements, use cases, data and process models, workflows and technical documentation with attention to detail. 5. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written with an emphasis on active listening. 6. Proven experience with the business process to include review, analysis/assessment, redesign and reengineering. 7. Experience with federated search tools 8. Experience with case management applications 9. Experience with analytical tools (i.e. i2 Analyst’s Notebook) 10. Experience and demonstrated use with HP (Mercury) Quality Center for creating test scripts, entering defects, reporting, etc. ASSOCIATED SKILL SETS Candidates must also have four of the preferred skilled sets listed below. Accordingly, candidates not meeting the supporting experiential specifications below will not be considered for the position.* * 1. Bachelors degree preferred in information technology or related field. 2. Aptitude to manage and lead client relationships, negotiate and build consensus, and adjust to change. 3. Experience with business process transformation with reference to transitioning individuals, teams, and organizations from a current condition to a desired future state. 4. Proven team experience including leading business user teams, focus groups, and JAD sessions and working in a team environment. 5. Experience in working with business owners on developing comprehensive test plans, acceptance criteria and defect resolution. 6. Experience in managing multiple project tasks and priorities. 7. Experience in understanding expectations that were set with client and recognize when issues/events may affect delivery. 8. Demonstrated knowledge and use of project management standards and the ability to apply them consistently. 9. Familiar with geo-spatial tools (i.e. ESRI or Google Earth) 10.
