Business Analyst Windsor, CT Long Term Job Description : We are developing and implementing the Service Request Process using the Service-Now Tool. We will also be conducting User Acceptance testing for the implementation of the HelpDesk function for Incident and Problem Management. We need a BA for the following: Interview all fulfillment groups to gather and document requirements for processes, procedures and the tool. Prepare and execute Master Test strategy, test plans, test scenarios and scripts, and manage problems/defects for all request categories and types for our processes and tool. Conduct UAT Testing for deployment of the new process and tool. Required attributes the candidate will have: * Excellent communication skills - verbal and written - ability to gather requirements and translate into a standardized format that will be easily understood and obtain signoffs. * Well organized and efficient. * Experienced with implementing a Service Management project start to finish. * Strong BA Experience * Experience and proficiency with the Service-Now tool * Experience and proficiency with testing tools - Quality Center.
