*Role: OBIEE Developer - HR Analytics*

The Board’s Technology Services (TS) is enhancing its Analytics User
Interface in the OBIEE environment. TS require qualified resources
experienced with delivering innovative user interfaces, performing
successful upgrade and tune Analytics systems.
Every quarter, the Board’s HR department presents a multi-page PDF document
to the Governors, Chief Operating Officer, Equal Employment Opportunity
Office, and Division Directors. That document has many graphs embedded and
it has Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and graphs that come directly from
OBIEE. TS is seeking professional services for automatic production of
these reports using BI Publisher or any other reporting solutions that will
provide reasonable flexibility for users to make modifications, apply
different parameters, and generate the package in an automated manner. TS
also looks for ability to schedule jobs to run on regular basis to produce
the prescribed packages at the end of every quarter or other times as
required by FRB users.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:*
1. Compile feedback from the Pilot users and make improvement in user
interface of the BI Analytics.
2. Create intuitive, innovative and best of bread user interface of the
following modules of Oracle HR Analytics that are delivered as part of the
Oracle Business Intelligence Applications suite of solutions:

- Workforce Deployment
- Workforce Development
- Workforce Effectiveness
- Compensation
- Payroll
- Retention
- Custom Absence and AWA-Telecommute
- Custom dashboard – Executive Summary
- Custom Dashboard - personal dashboard
1. Collect user requirement regarding the layout, color pattern and
content of the dashboard.
2. Perform unit testing of the dashboard.
3. Support the functional test and UAT effort for the created
dashboards.
4. Modify the dashboard and reports and make them more intuitive, and
easy to use
5. Present summary information in innovative graphical infographic
format.
6. Provide important Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) across different
functional areas in easy to use dashboards.
7. Provide capability for users to select KPIs and save their own
personalized dashboards.
8. Provide comprehensive capability for KPI analysis following Monitor,
Analyze, and Detail principle (MAD), with flexibility to use any standard
dimension for cross-dimensional analysis.
9. Provide dashboard for executive use, operational use, and analytical
needs.
10. Use flat design components with contemporary design, including use
of rich visual components to supplement the standard components available
from Oracle as part of the OBIEE suite.
11. Create an onsite training for FRB staff on building dashboard and
reports.
