Location - Weehawken NJ *Role - Business Analyst with Capital market exposure in Finance domain* Key tasks include: - Working with a broad range of users and stakeholders to understand business objectives. - Capturing detailed requirements based upon user interviews and system/data analysis. - Identifying potential solutions; evaluating for technical and business suitability. - Creating detailed technical design specifications based on business requirements and proposed solutions. - Working with user experience teams to develop effective information and visual designs. - Working closely with both IT development teams and business teams in an agile environment to ensure successful delivery and efficient use of resources. - Working with QA teams to ensure effective and appropriate testing; participating in user acceptance testing. - Continue to drive products through release, deployment, adoption and feedback to maximise business value. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the following areas: - *Experience of working with Investment Banking products and asset classes* - *Experience and knowledge of CCAR, RWA and Basel-3* - Experience of working with complex data structures, analysis tools, and financial instrument reference data - A proven track record of successful project delivery through close collaboration with both Business and IT. - A minimum of 6 years in a business analysis role with experience of various tools and techniques. - A strong working knowledge of enterprise application development technology.
