Requirements: · Mainframe experience including VERY STRONG COBOL (true technical knowledge, not maintenance level knowledge), COBOL table handling, Web client server with knowledge of architectural tradeoffs and experience creating systems from scratch. · MUST HAVE significant requirements gathering & analysis experience to be able to not only interview and understand the business requirements and CBAs but also make recommendations as to how this effort should be handled technically (transport layer, database, web presentation, etc.) given the practical tradeoffs. · The right individual will have tangible project management experience and the discipline to effectively execute the plan and meet projected dates.
