*Need GC and US Citizen Only* *Job title: **Oracle EBS Tech Lead* *Location: Columbus, IN* *Duration: 6 months+* The manager is looking for an expert in R12.x Oracle EBS and has spent 10 years in hands on development and 5 years as technical lead through design, development, testing and implementation of projects related to R12.x Oracle EBS He has met with several candidates and some of the areas in which he found them lacking: 1) Either functional and not technical enough 2) in some cases too much of a developer and not enough lead experience 3) In some cases did not find that the person was able to speak to latest technologies in this area 4) In some cases was not able to speak to the resume even so he is looking for someone who is abreast of the latest technologies, is articulate, and for the money he is willing to pay will bring serious technical expertise. Looking for a balance of developer, lead and strong articulate person who can guide a team of 25 developers through the process.
